These booking and cancellation conditions apply to all activities booked through DolomitX. By submitting a booking request, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of written communication from Dolomitx and after payment of the required deposit. The emails (or messages) of request and confirmation have contractual value between the parties according to Italian law and are binding for those making the reservation and for all participants indicated therein, including minors.
Reservations are only confirmed after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, according to the methods indicated in the confirmation email or according to specific agreements between the parties.
For special packages and customized offers, different deposit amounts may be communicated.
The balance of the amount due must be paid by the morning of departure, unless otherwise specified for specific activities or activities lasting several days.

In the event of adverse weather conditions that make it impossible or dangerous to carry out the activity, Dolomitx reserves the right to cancel the activity.

Dolomitx is an intermediary platform that connects customers with professional mountain guides and mid-mountain guides. Dolomitx does not directly organize activities and assumes no responsibility for their performance.
Each guide is a freelancer who is duly registered with their professional association (Association of Alpine Guides or Association of Mid-Mountain Guides) and has:
The fee will be billed directly by the guide to the customer, as the activity is carried out independently by the professional.
During the activities, guides may take photographs and make video recordings of participants.
Dolomitx and the guides connected to the platform reserve the right to use such photographic and video material for:

If the customer does not wish to give their consent to the use of their images, they must expressly communicate this, preferably in writing, to Dolomitx guides before the start of the activity.
Participants are advised to take out personal insurance covering accidents, illness, and trip cancellation.
Every professional guide has their own professional liability insurance, as required by current legislation.
