Paolo Ongaro

My name is Paolo Ongaro, and I am a UIAGM Mountain Guide.

I was born in Montereale Valcellina in 1995, and later moved to Claut in the Friulian Dolomites. I now work as a Mountain Guide mainly throughout the Dolomite area.

It was in the Friulian Dolomites that I began to frequent and explore the mountains, immediately developing a passion for rock climbing, then ski mountaineering and ice climbing.

Over time, I broadened my mountain experience, first in the Dolomites, repeating a few climbing routes or skiing on some beautiful mountains, and then throughout the Alps on high mountain routes.
